 The house has two floors, which are completely independent from each other and can be rented in total (maximum capacity 16 persons) or per apartment. GROUNDFLOOR: This apartment has a big living area with an open fireplace, two sofas (one of them is a sofa bed) and a dining area. It offers two bedrooms, each with 2 individual beds of 90 cm width. The third bedroom is equipped with a matrimony bed of 135 cm width. This level offers two bathrooms. The first one has a small bath tub and bidet. The other one is equipped for handicapped persons, who need a wheelchair. The kitchen is situated in a separate room and equipped with micro wave, gas cooker with three hot plates, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a household for 12 persons. This floor is perfectly adapted for handicapped persons in Wheel chairs, with an especially wide entrance door, a bathroom suitably equipped with shower and lower sink and obviously without any architectonical obstacles. The house has as well a wheel chair at the disposition of the clients. Maximum natural capacity: 6 persons (8 persons using the sofa bed in the living room). SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor you'll find an apartment with a big living/dining area with open fire place and American kitchen. It offers as well three bedrooms with two individual beds of 90 cm width. From the living/dining room you have access to another small lounge with a sofa bed, two armchairs and a low table in the centre. It can be converted easily in a fourth bedroom with a matrimony bed of 135 cm width. This floor has a total of 3 bathrooms – all with shower. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, gas cooker with three hot plates, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a household for 12 persons. Maximum natural capacity: 6 persons (8 persons using the sofa bed in the small lounge). The whole house has no COVERAGE FOR MOBILE PHONES or TELEVISION and is ideal to disconnect completely from the exterior world. |
